Below are a few of my latest photos while meandering around downtown Santa Cruz, CA. It was a beautiful to NOT be in the house. I had just taken a photography class with my wife and was the first time I went out on a shoot using ONLY manual mode….no aperture priority, shutter speed priority, and no green box! I’m starting to get some real use out of my Canon Rebel XT now that I understand what everything is, what it does, and how to use it all to the photos I envision before I actually snap the shots.
