Social media in general is compatible with any type of business, and a successful social media strategy is based on the enhancement of interactions. An interaction doesn’t have to be complicated; it can be something as simple as a phone call, an auto-response email, and IM, a retweet, or a comment on a blog. Interactions do not only exist in the business to consumer (B2C) world. They happen in EVERY part of the business world and in every industry.”
